Phosphorus removing ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses phosphorus removing ceramsite and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the phosphorus removing ceramsite comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing dry bottom mud, fly ash, dry plant straw powder and iron powder according to a mass ratio of (7-17):(1-2):(1-2):1, adding water, uniformly stirring, molding, and drying to obtain raw material balls; and 2) putting the raw material balls into a sintering furnace, heating to 320-380 DEG C at a rate of 5-10 DEG C/min, carrying out thermal insulation, presintering, heating to 1000-1100 DEG C at a rateof 5-8 DEG C/min, carrying out thermal insulation, and sintering. The phosphorus removing ceramsite disclosed by the invention is excellent in phosphorus removing effect, high in mechanical strength,good in regeneration performance, high in repeated utilization rate, low in manufacturing cost and convenient for large-scale popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种除磷陶粒及其制备方法。本发明的除磷陶粒的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将干底泥、粉煤灰、干植物秸秆粉末和铁粉按照质量比(7~17):(1~2):(1~2):1混合均匀,再加水搅拌均匀后成型、烘干,得到生料球;2)将生料球放入烧结炉中,以5~10℃/min的速率升温至320~380℃,再保温进行预烧,再以5~8℃/min的速率升温至1000~1100℃,再保温进行烧结。本发明的除磷陶粒的除磷效果优异、机械强度高、再生性能好、重复利用率高,且制造成本低,便于大规模推广应用。
