The invention discloses a photocatalytic antibacterial ceramic production process which comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of an antibacterial ceramic coating: adding a composite additiveinto a rare earth modified tetra-needle like zinc oxide whisker antibacterial agent, wherein the composite additive is prepared from the following materials: absolute ethyl alcohol, lithium acetate, glacial acetic acid and a surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate; (2) ceramic pretreatment: cleaning the surface of the ceramic by a cleaning agent; putting the cleaned ceramic into distilled water and carrying out ultrasonic cleaning for 30 minutes, then putting the ceramic into an ethanol solution for cleaning for 30 minutes, and then drying to obtain a pretreated ceramic sample wafer; (3) photocatalytic coating: putting the pretreated ceramic sample wafer on a substrate, and controlling the temperature of the substrate to 60-70 DEG C; coating a film; and drying the ceramic wafer at 80-90 DEG C for 12-16 hours after the coating is completed, then heating to 500 DEG C at a speed of 3 DEG C/min, roasting, and carrying out heat preservation for 2 hours to obtain the antibacterial ceramic. The process has advantages of simple and feasible operation, low cost, batch production, good antibacterial effect and scouring resistance of the coating film.
本发明公开了一种光催化抗菌陶瓷生产工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)制备抗菌陶瓷涂层:稀土改性四针氧化锌晶须抗菌剂中加入的复合添加剂,所述复合添加剂由以下材料制成:无水乙醇、乙酸锂、冰醋酸、表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠;(2)陶瓷预处理:清洁剂对陶瓷表面进行清洁;将清洁后的陶瓷先放入蒸馏水中超声清洗30min,再放入乙醇溶液中清洗30min,然后烘干得到预处理陶瓷样片;(3)光催化镀膜:将预处理陶瓷样片放置在衬底上,衬底的温度控制在60‑70℃;开始镀膜;镀膜完成后将陶瓷片在80‑90℃干燥12‑16h,然后以3℃/min的速度升温至500℃焙烧并保温2h,即可制得抗菌陶瓷。其工艺操作简单易行、成本低、可批量生产、抗菌效果好、镀膜耐冲刷。
