The invention relates to the technical field of super-hydrophobic materials. According to the super-hydrophobic coating provided by the invention, by addition of organosilane, an inorganic nanometer material and an emulsifier and controlling of the mass ratio of all components, the super-hydrophobic coating forms a micro-nano mixed microstructure in foam concrete; the organosilane firstly forms acompact hydrophobic surface layer on the surface of the foam concrete and in internal pores of the foam concrete; the nanometer material forms uniformly distributed nanometer bulges on the hydrophobiclayer surface formed by silane; through combination of two microstructures, the super-hydrophobic property of the foam concrete is effectively improved; and results of the embodiments of the invention show that the foam concrete prepared from the super-hydrophobic coating provided by the invention has a surface static contact angle of 158-175 degrees, a rolling angle of 5-10 degrees, a water absorption rate of less than 6% and excellent super-hydrophobic property.
本发明涉及超疏水材料技术领域,本发明提供的超疏水性涂料,添加了有机硅烷、无机纳米材料和乳化剂,通过控制各个组分的质量配比,使超疏水性涂料在泡沫混凝土内部形成微纳混合的微观结构,有机硅烷首先在泡沫混凝土表面和内部孔隙内形成致密的憎水表面层,在硅烷形成的憎水层表面上,纳米材料形成分布均匀的纳米凸起,这两种微观结构的结合有效的提升了泡沫混凝土的超疏水性能,实施例的结果表明,经过本发明提供的超疏水性涂料制备的泡沫混凝土的表面静态接触角在158°~175°之间,滚动角在5°~10°之间,吸水率小于6%,超疏水性能优异。
