Environment-friendly permeable pavement
The invention discloses an environment-friendly permeable pavement formed by stacking a natural bonding material. The bonding material is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of phenolic resin, 10-30 parts of fatty acid ester, 5-8 parts of a curing agent, 5-8 parts of ferrous sulfate, 30-40 parts of furfural oil, 25 to 30 parts of terpene resin; 3-5 parts of calcium chloride, 2-4 parts of ethylene glycol, 3 to 5 parts of dimethyl carbonate; 6-8 parts of phenylpropionic acid, 30 parts of ferroferric oxide, 4-6 parts of bast fibers, 6-10 parts of glass fibers, 0.5-1part of a thickening agent, 20 parts of aluminum silicate fibers, 3 parts of sodium aluminum phosphate, 15 parts of limestone powder, 14-18 parts of rubber powder, 5-8 parts of alkyl silicate, 20-30parts of trimethyloltriacrylate and 20-30 parts of water. The bonding material disclosed by the invention is environment-friendly, and the contact area between aggregates of the permeable pavement canbe increased, so that the strength of the permeable pavement is improved.
本发明公开了一种环保型透水路面,采用天然的粘结材料堆砌而成,粘结材料由如下质量份数的组分组成:酚醛树脂40~60份,脂肪酸酯10~30份,5~8份固化剂、5~8份硫酸亚铁、30~40份糠醛油、25~30份萜烯树脂、3~5份氯化钙、2~4份乙二醇、3~5份碳酸二甲酯、6~8份苯丙酸、30份四氧化三铁、4~6份韧皮纤维、6~10份玻璃纤维、0.5~1份增稠剂、20份硅酸铝纤维、3份磷酸铝钠、15份石灰石粉、14~18份胶粉、5~8份硅酸烷基酯、20~30份三羟甲基三丙烯酸酯以及20~30份水。本发明粘结材料环保,且能够增强透水路面集料与集料之间的接触面积,从而提高透水路面的强度。
