Rapid detection and evaluation method for light soil roadbed
The invention discloses a rapid detection and evaluation method for a light soil roadbed. The method comprises the steps of firstly arranging sound detection pipes at variable intervals in the roadbedaccording to field conditions of the light soil roadbed, and selecting an optimal detection interval; determining the arrangement group number of the sound detection pipes, then arranging the sound detection pipes in the roadbed at the optimal detection interval according to the section form of the roadbed, and acquiring ultrasonic detection data of each layer of roadbed; performing sampling on the uppermost layer of roadbed, testing the unconfined compressive strength of the uppermost layer of roadbed, observing whether cracks exist in the uppermost layer roadbed through a sampling groove left after physical sampling, and accordingly building a corresponding relationship between pouring quality of the uppermost layer of roadbed and an ultrasonic detection result; and finally, judging thepouring quality. A detection means is provided for the layered-pouring light soil roadbed, and the method is suitable for roadbeds or structures which are inconvenient to directly detect inside due to layered pouring or block pouring.
本发明公开了一种轻质土路基快速检测与评价方法,首先根据轻质土路基的现场条件在路基中变间距布设声测管,选取最佳检测间距;再确定声测管布设组数,然后以路基断面形式为依据,在路基中以最佳检测间距布设声测管,获取各层路基的超声检测数据;接着在最上层路基进行取样,测试其无侧限抗压强度,并通过物理取样后留下的取样槽观测最上层路基是否存在裂缝,从而建立最上层路基的浇筑质量与超声检测结果的对应关系;最终对浇筑质量的进行评判。本发明为分层浇筑的轻质土路基提供了一种检测手段,适用于由于分层浇筑或分块浇筑而导致内部不便直接检测的路基或结构物。
