The pile pulling method comprises the steps that the rotating mechanism is rotated; sediment in a through hole extrudes a mounting plate to move downwards to a low position; a whipping assembly is rotated; and the pile leg pile shoe is integrally lifted. According to the pile leg pile shoe, the plugging assembly is arranged at the bottom, the insertion stability is effectively improved, the problemof slipping is greatly avoided, and the whipping assembly is further arranged, in the pile pulling process, a downward pushing force is applied to the mounting plate through sediment accumulated in the through hole located above the rotating mechanism, so that the mounting plate can move downwards, and then the whipping assembly is close to the plugging assembly and whipped, a seabed of the plugging assembly is soft, and effective pile pulling is achieved without the aid of external equipment.
