The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, ground treatment is performed; S2,surveying and setting out are performed; S3, a drilling machine is in place; S4, the operation of drilling to the design depth is performed; S5, high-pressure jet grouting is performed; S6, the drilling machine is shifted; and S7, formed pile detection is performed. The construction method has the beneficial effects that a two-time construction pile-forming method is adopted, spraying of a clay layer is performed firstly, after the clay layer tends to be stable, high-pressure jet grouting pile operation is performed, so that the situation that concrete is corroded because of being in direct contact with underground water is prevented, and the anti-permeation effect is achieved at the same time.
