The invention discloses a building external surrounding structure of a non-curtain wall system. The building external surrounding structure of the non-curtain wall system is characterized in that a fixed transparent lighting window and an openable non-transparent ventilation wall are arranged in a building surrounding wall, wherein the transparent lighting window is made of at least two layers oftransparent materials, a cavity structure is formed between every two layers of transparent materials, the non-transparent ventilation wall comprises an outer frame and a wall body arranged inside theouter frame and movably connected with the outer frame, the non-transparent ventilation wall is made of a thermal insulation material with the heat conductivity coefficient less than 0.20 W/m.K, andthe transparent lighting window and the non-transparent ventilation wall are adjacent to each other or are spaced by the building surrounding wall. According to the building external surrounding structure, the structure is simple, the design is ingenious, the use is convenient and fast, the maintenance is convenient, on the premise that the manufacturing cost is not greatly increased, the thermalperformance of the whole structure is remarkably improved, the heat preservation and heat insulation effect is enhanced, meanwhile, the viewing and lighting effect of the window is further improved, and the direction is provided for realizing of low-cost optimization of surrounding, lighting and viewing, ventilation and air exchange and heat preservation and heat insulation performance of the building external surrounding structure.
