The invention discloses a heat preservation aluminum veneer. The heat preservation aluminum veneer comprises a plate body, back side turning edges, corner braces, a mounting plate, bolts, an inner heat preservation layer, reinforcing ribs and an outer heat preservation layer. The corner braces are arranged at least on the back side turning edges. The mounting plate is attached to the back surfaceof the plate body through metal glue or is welded among the back side turning edges to completely or partially cover the back surface of the plate body. The inner heat preservation layer is paved on the mounting plate or the mounting plate and the back surface of the exposed plate body, and the bolts penetrate through the inner heat preservation layer. The reinforcing ribs are aligned with rows and/ or columns of a row and column matrix and are aligned with bolts on the corresponding rows or columns and are provided with bolt holes. The reinforcing ribs are fixed through the bolts and press the inner heat preservation layer. The outer heat preservation layer is paved on the inner heat preservation layer and is connected with the inner heat preservation layer, and the reinforcing ribs are shielded. The heat preservation aluminum veneer is relatively small in overall thickness and relatively good in heat preservation layer fixing reliability.
