The curtain wall three-way adjusting bracket comprises an embedded part and a hanging part, wherein the embedded part is positionedin a wall body, the hanging part is connected with a curtain wall main body, the outer side wall of the embedded part comprises a transverse strip-shaped groove, the two ends in the strip-shaped groove are each provided with a root bolt in a sleeve mode, the inner end of each root bolt is provided with a strip-shaped inner clamping head, the outer end of each root bolt is connected with a fixing nut, an outer bracket installed in cooperation with the root bolts is further included, longitudinal vertical plates of the outer bracket are each provided with a longitudinal flat hole serving as a longitudinal adjusting hole, and a transverse connecting screw transversely penetrate through the longitudinal flat holes. The root bolts can transversely slide in the strip-shaped groove respectively,transverse movement and vertical movement of the outer bracket can be realized, the outer bracket is locked through the fixing nuts, and after the outer bracket is locked, longitudinal movement can becarried out on the basis of the outer bracket. The hanging part is positioned and fixed through limiting adjusting nuts, so that the curtain wall main body is prevented from sliding.
