The invention relates to the technical field of raised floors, in particular to a non-integrated raised floor supporting structure and a construction method thereof. The non-integrated raised floor supporting structure comprises a first supporting system, a second supporting system, a third supporting system and a fourth supporting system; the first supporting system comprises a frame, supportingcolumns and longitudinal beams, the two ends of the longitudinal beams are respectively in rigid connection with the two opposite side edges of the frame, and the frame and/or the longitudinal beams are both in rigid connection with the supporting columns; the second supporting system comprises a plurality of cross beams which are arranged in parallel, and the two ends of the cross beams are respectively in rigid connection with the frame and/or the longitudinal beams; the third supporting system is arranged on the second supporting system and used for bearing equipment; and the fourth supporting system is arranged below the second supporting system and connected with the first supporting system and/or the second supporting system for arranging cables. By means of the non-integrated raisedfloor supporting structure and the construction method thereof, the construction progress can be accelerated, the dependence on the equipment layout diagram is reduced, and good anti-seismic performance is achieved.
