The invention discloses a leveling assembly and a ground leveling method. The leveling assembly comprises at least one leveling base plate and a plurality of leveling supporting pieces, wherein each leveling supporting piece comprises a leveling screw, a screw base and a supporting plate used for supporting the leveling base plate; the leveling screw is connected with the supporting plate througha thread, and the supporting plate makes contact with the leveling base plate; the top end of each leveling screw penetrates through the corresponding supporting plate and stretches into the corresponding leveling base plate, and the bottom end of each leveling screw is provided with a protruding part protruding outwards; each screw base is provided with a containing groove with an opening facingthe corresponding leveling screw, and each protruding part is positioned in the corresponding containing groove; and the top end of the groove wall of each containing groove is provided with a stopping part protruding inwards, and each stopping part stops the corresponding protruding part. According to the leveling assembly, the height of the leveling base plates can be adjusted by rotating the leveling screws, and operation is easy and convenient. Thus, by means of the ground leveling method for leveling through the leveling assembly, rapid ground mounting and leveling can be achieved, and the construction period is shortened.
