The invention discloses a safety belt suspension device for scaffold installation. The device comprises two pieces of I-shaped steel which are mutually perpendicularly arranged, wherein a pressure ring steel plate is welded at the bottom of the I-shaped steel in the vertical direction, anchoring steel plates are welded to the two sides of the position, close to the I-shaped steel in the vertical direction, of the top of the pressure ring steel plate, and positioning bolts are arranged at the bottoms of the anchoring steel plates and bottom of the pressure ring steel plate in a penetrating mode. The device wholly adopts a welding and anchoring fixing mode, the whole is fixed into a triangle shape, so that the stability of the device is enhanced, the pressure ring steel plate at the lower end of the device and the bolts are detachable, the device can be used in a revolving mode, the height of the I-shaped steel meets the standing height of a worker during scaffold installation, the use specification of a safety belt that a hanging point of the safety belt is higher than that of a user is met, a hole reserved at the end part of the horizontal I-shaped steel adopts a steel wire rope cushion cover, the wear degree of a steel wire rope can be greatly reduced, sliding can be prevented, the whole suspension device can be superposed so as to increase the height and can be applied to floors with various storey heights.
本发明公开了一种脚手架安装用安全带悬挂装置,包括两根垂直设置的工字钢,位于垂直方向工字钢的底部焊接有压环钢板,且压环钢板的顶部靠垂直方向工字钢两侧均焊接有锚固钢板,贯穿锚固钢板和压环钢板的底部设置有定位螺栓;本发明整体采用焊接、锚固的固定方式,整体固定成三角形,使装置稳定性增强且装置下端的压环钢板与螺栓可拆卸,还可周转使用,工字钢高度满足安装脚手架时工人站立高度,满足“高挂低用”的安全带使用规范,在伸出工字钢端部预留洞口采用钢丝绳垫套,可以大大减小钢丝绳的磨损程度并且可以防滑,悬挂装置整体可以进行叠加从而增加高度,可适用于多种层高的楼层。
