The invention discloses a construction method of a large steel chimney high-altitude assembly. According to the construction method, a plurality of segments of chimneys which are adjacently connectedare sequentially put on a flat ground in sequence in a lie-down manner, the segments of chimney comprise a top segment cylinder, at least one middle segment cylinder, and a bottom segment cylinder, anannular upper end plate is welded to the lower portion of the top segment cylinder, an arc ring plate is welded to the position, on the upper end of the bottom segment cylinder, of the inner wall ofthe bottom segment cylinder, the arc ring plate extends outwards from the inner wall of the bottom segment cylinder, an annular lower end plate is welded to the end of the extended-out arc ring plate,a base plate is fixed to the outer side of the annular lower end plate, an annular upper end plate is welded to the lower portion of the middle segment cylinder, an arc ring plate is welded to the position, on the upper end of the middle segment cylinder, of the inner wall of the middle segment cylinder, and extends outwards from the inner wall of the middle segment cylinder, an annular lower endplate is welded to the end of the extended-out arc ring plate, linings are poured to the inner walls of the top segment cylinder, the middle segment cylinder and the bottom segment cylinder, the bottom segment cylinder is lifted and fixed to a base, and the middle segment cylinder and the top segment cylinder are sequentially welded to the bottom segment cylinder.
本发明大型钢烟囱高空组对的施工方法是将相邻连接的若干段烟囱依次平躺着放在平地上，若干段烟囱包括：顶段筒体、至少一个中间段筒体和底段筒体，在顶段筒体的下部焊接一环形上端板，在底段筒体上端的底段筒体内壁上焊接弧形环板，弧形环板从底段筒体内壁向外伸出，在伸出的弧形环板端部焊接环形下端板，在环形下端板的外侧固定有垫板，在中间段筒体的下部焊接环形上端板，在中间段筒体上端的中间段筒体内壁上焊接弧形环板，弧形环板从中间段筒体内壁向外伸出，在伸出的弧形环板端部焊接环形下端板，在顶段筒体、中间段筒体和底段筒体的内壁上浇注衬里，将底段筒体吊装并固定在基座上，将中间段筒体和顶段筒体依次焊接在底段筒体上。
