Emergency unlocking mechanism
The invention discloses an emergency unlocking mechanism. A main plate is arranged on the inner plank face of a door plank in a sliding manner. An electromagnetic lock is fixed to the inner plank faceof the door plank. A lock head of the electromagnetic lock stretches out of a lock body, and an executing control plate is used for controlling whether the lock head is locked or unlocked. A first limiting part is arranged on the main plate, and the first limiting part can be extruded from one side of the lock head in a sliding manner and moved to the other side. A door bolt is arranged on a doorbolt fixing plate and is arranged on one side of the door plank in a sliding manner. The emergency unlocking mechanism further comprises a handle shaft, an emergency lock cylinder and a handle used for driving the handle shaft to rotate. The handle shaft is in transmission connection with the main plate. The emergency lock cylinder is arranged in the handle shaft and penetrates the handle shaft,the inner end of the emergency lock cylinder is connected with a stirring piece, and an emergency unlocking push rod is arranged at the position, corresponding to the stirring piece, of the electromagnetic lock. By means of the emergency unlocking mechanism, a re-locking mechanism is additionally arranged, a key is prevented from being forcefully opened, and the overall safety performance is improved.
本发明公开了一种应急解锁机构,主板在门板内板面滑动设置,电磁锁固定在门板内板面,电磁锁的锁头伸出锁体外由执行控制板控制锁头是/否解锁,主板上设置第一限位件,通过滑动可以将第一限位件从锁头的一侧挤压并移动至另一侧;门销固定板上设有门销,在门板的一侧滑动设置;还包括把手轴、应急锁芯以及用于驱动把手轴转动的把手,所述把手轴与主板传动连接;应急锁芯设置于把手轴内穿过把手轴,所述应急锁芯内端连接拨片,所述电磁锁对应拨片的位置设置应急解锁推杆。本发明设计的门销结构不仅可以在无法正常工作时,通过应急机械开启结构手动开启,还通过增设重锁机构,防止钥匙锁被破坏强制开启,提高了整体的安全性能。
