The invention discloses a sliding block locking device and a push-pull assembly adopting the same. The sliding block locking device comprises a guiderail, a sliding block, a locking component, a position plate and an elastic component, wherein the sliding block can be glidingly arranged in the guiderail along the guiderail; the locking component is arranged in the sliding block along a direction vertical to the sliding direction; the position plate can be movably arranged in the sliding block relative to the sliding block along another direction vertical to the sliding direction; and the elastic component is mounted between the sliding block and the position plate and provides elastic restoring force to the position plate so that the locking component is clamped between the guiderail and the sliding block along the direction vertical to the sliding direction. According to the sliding block locking device, the locking component for providing locking and the position plate for controlling the position of the locking component are arranged on the guiderail and the sliding block which moves relative to the guiderail, the position of the locking component is controlled through the position plate, and the sliding block is locked or unlocked relative to the guiderail, so that a function that the sliding block can be mutually locked at any position on the guiderail is realized; and thesliding block locking device is simple in structure and easy to operate, and can be widely applied in the scenes of sliding motion.
