The invention provides a large shielding protective door, and relates to the field of building doors. The shielding protective door is a single-leaf sliding door and comprises a door body, wherein thedoor body comprises a shielding layer, a steel frame layer and a panel layer which are arranged sequentially from the indoor side to the outdoor side; a plurality of guiding devices are fixedly arranged at the top of the door body and slidably clamped on an upper rail; the upper rail is fixed to a wall; a trolley assembly is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the door body and comprises wheels anda motor for driving the wheels; and the wheels are slidably clamped on a lower rail, and the lower rail is fixed to the ground. The shielding protective door further comprises a control system electrically connected with the motor, and the control system controls the wheels to rotate forwards or reversely through the motor to drive the door body to be opened or closed. The large shielding protective door is the single-leaf sliding door, opening and closing can be remotely controlled, and radiation damage to operators is avoided.
