Disclosed is a device for carrying out secondary hole cleaning on an underground continuous wall trench section by using a pouring conduit. The device comprises the pouring conduit with one end lowered into a trench hole of the underground continuous wall trench section, and the other end of the pouring conduit communicates with an end cover; the top of the end cover is provided with an inner pipefixing device; one end of an inner pipe penetrates through the end cover and the pouring conduit sequentially from top to bottom to reach the bottom of the pouring conduit, and the other end of the inner pipe stretches out of the end cover; and the upper portion of the inner pipe is provided with an inner pipe fixing plate cooperating with the inner pipe fixing device. The device for carrying outsecondary hole cleaning on the underground continuous wall trench section by using the pouring conduit and a hole cleaning method can solve the problems that stirring is difficult and the hole cleaning effect is poor, and sediment at the bottom of the hole can be rapidly discharged; and the device is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
