The hatch cover locking structure comprises a linkage shaft, a base, a spring bolt and a first fastening screw, and the base is fixed to the hatch cover through the first fastening screw. A limiting end protrudes out of one side of the inner surface of the hatch cover; the spring bolt is located on one side of the inner surface of the hatch cover and comprises a lock rod and a connecting part which are integrally formed, the linkage shaft penetrates through the hatch cover and the base and is fixedly connected with the connecting part in the circumferential direction, in the rotating process that the spring bolt is driven to lock the hatch cover and the fuselage, the lock rod is blocked by a limiting end of the first fastening screw, excessive rotation of the lock rod is avoided, accurate limiting is achieved in the locking state, and the locking reliability is well improved.
