The invention discloses an alkali-free liquid setting accelerator and a preparation method thereof. The alkali-free liquid setting accelerator comprises the components by weight: 40-62% of polyaluminum sulfate, 7-14% of organic alcohol amine, 5-10% of a synergist, 23-33% of a modified suspension and 3% of a pH regulator, wherein the modified suspension is prepared by mixing welan gum, acid-treatedsepiolite and a cross-linking agent according to a special ratio. The finally prepared alkali-free liquid setting accelerator is good in stability, crystallization and layering phenomena cannot be generated after long-term storage, and the compressive strength of sprayed concrete is remarkably improved by adopting a smaller mixing amount.
本发明公开一种无碱液体速凝剂及其制备方法,包括按重量计包括聚合硫酸铝40‑62%,有机醇胺7‑14%,增效剂5‑10%,改性悬浮液23‑33%,pH调节剂3%;其中,改性悬浮液是将温轮胶与酸处理海泡石、交联剂采用特殊比例混合制得。最终制备的无碱液体速凝剂,稳定性好,长期存放不会产生析晶、分层现象,采用更小的掺量显著提升了喷射混凝土的抗压强度。
