The invention discloses a ceramic non-stick container and a manufacturing process thereof. The ceramic non-stick container is characterized in that the inner surface and the outer surface of the product are covered with a non-stick layer with a good anti-stick effect, and the ceramic non-stick container is manufactured by the following steps: firstly polishing the inner surface and the outer surface of a ceramic container with abrasive paper or abrasive cloth, then dedusting and drying the polished part; coating a non-stick coating prepared from two parts of polytetrafluoroethylene and one part of perfluoro-octanoic acid on the ground part by using a spray gun or a brush; putting the product into a ceramic kiln at the temperature of 300-500 DEG C, and sintering for 3-4 hours to obtain theceramic non-stick container. The ceramic non-stick container produced by the invention not only retains the advantages of economy, practicability, sanitation, good corrosion resistance and unique cooking flavor of a common ceramic container, but also has a very good anti-stick effect, and can replace a metal non-stick container used in daily life.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷不粘容器及其制作工艺,其特征是制品的内外表面覆盖有一层防粘效果好的不粘层,本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:先用砂纸或砂布对陶瓷容器的内外表面进行打磨,然后对被打磨部位进行除尘、烘干;用喷枪或刷子将由两份聚四氟乙烯和一份全氟辛酸配成的不粘涂料涂盖在上述被打磨部位,然后将产品置于300℃‑500℃温度下的陶瓷窑炉中烧结3‑4小时即成,用本发明生产的这种陶瓷不粘容器,既保留了普通陶瓷容器经济、实用、卫生、耐腐蚀性能好,烹调风味独特的优点,又具有很好的防粘效果,可替代日常使用的金属不粘容器。
