The invention discloses a prefabricated anti-collision curbstone connecting structure and connecting method in a shield tunnel. The connecting structure mainly comprises a small sleeve embedded part,a lane plate, a connecting rod, a large sleeve embedded part, a prefabricated anti-collision curbstone and the like, and is characterized in that the small sleeve embedded part is embedded in the topof the lane plate; the large sleeve embedded part is embedded in the bottom of the prefabricated anti-collision curbstone, and the large sleeve embedded part is provided with a slurry inlet and a slurry outlet. After the prefabricated lane plate is mounted in place, the connecting rod is inserted into the small sleeve embedded part, the connecting rod on the lane plate is accurately inserted intothe large sleeve embedded part, the position, the elevation and the direction of the prefabricated anti-collision curbstone are adjusted, grouting is conducted through the grouting channel, and the prefabricated anti-collision curbstone and the lane plate are connected and fixed through the connecting rod and the grouting process. The prefabricated anti-collision curbstone connecting structure inthe shield tunnel and the connecting method are convenient to install, flexible, adjustable, firm in connection, economical and reasonable.
