The invention provides a viaduct construction method for overcrossing an existing ground bridge. The viaduct construction method comprises an existing ground bridge construction stage and a viaduct construction stage, wherein the existing ground bridge construction stage comprises the following steps of: laying a first group of Bailey supports on a bent cap of the existing ground bridge, wherein the viaduct construction stage comprises the steps that a steel plate is pre-buried in a viaduct bearing platform, and a steel pipe column fixedly connected with the pre-buried steel plate is erected on the bearing platform; erecting a first group of I-shaped steel on the upper side of the steel pipe column, and paving a second group of Bailey supports on the first group of I-shaped steel; arranging supporting columns below the viaduct row by row in the trend of the viaduct, laying a second set of I-shaped steel on the supporting columns, and laying a third set of Bailey supports on the secondset of I-shaped steel, wherein the first group of Bailey supports, the second group of Bailey supports and the third group of Bailey supports are matched to form the construction area of the viaduct.By means of the method, simultaneous construction of the ground bridge and the viaduct can be achieved on the basis of an existing ground bridge, and therefore the construction period is effectively shortened, and the construction difficulty is effectively lowered.
本发明提供一种上跨既有地面桥的高架桥施工方法,包括既有地面桥施工阶段和高架桥施工阶段:其中,既有地面桥施工阶段包括:在既有地面桥的盖梁上铺设第一组贝雷支架;高架桥施工阶段包括:在高架桥承台内预埋钢板,在承台上架设与预埋钢板固定连接的钢管柱;在钢管柱上侧架设第一组工字钢,并在第一组工字钢上铺设第二组贝雷支架;同时,沿高架桥走向,在高架桥下逐排打设支撑柱,并在支撑柱上铺设第二组工字钢,在第二组工字钢上铺设第三组贝雷支架;其中,第一组贝雷支架、第二组贝雷支架和第三组贝雷支架配合形成高架桥的施工区域。利用上述发明能够在既有地面桥的基础上,实现地面桥与高架桥的同时施工,从而有效缩短工期及施工难度。
