The warning sign can be prevented from being severely abraded between the bottom fixed seat and the ground after being placed for a long time, the fixing plate canbe folded conveniently when the warning sign is not used, the occupied space is reduced, and meanwhile at night, passing vehicles can observe the position of the warning sign at a distance.
