The invention discloses a spherical hinge device for a horizontal static test. The spherical hinge device suitable for the horizontal static test overcomes defects of a conventional horizontal jack inthe horizontal static test. By adopting the tool, the horizontal jack can continuously adjust the contact point and the included angle according to the vertical displacement and the horizontal displacement of a tested component, effective contact between the horizontal jack and the tested component can be achieved, the horizontal load safely and stably acts on the tested component, and meanwhile,the device has the characteristics of being convenient to manufacture, convenient to install and clear in force transmission.
