The invention relates to a floating underwater airlift sand pumping device, and belongs to the technical field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering. The device includes a floating flat, a sand discharge main pipe, a counter weight, an air inlet fork pipe, a connecting pipe and an air compressor; the upper part of the sand discharge main pipe is bent to form a sand discharge outlet pipe,the floating flat is arranged at the upper part, close to the sand discharge outlet pipe, of the sand discharge main pipe, and the counter weight and the air inlet fork pipe are arranged at the lowerpart of the sand discharge main pipe; and the air compressor is connected to the air inlet fork pipe through the connecting pipe. The device is simple in structure, convenient to use, low in cost, and easy to promote and use, and can greatly improve the efficiency of sand pumping and sand discharging.
