The invention relates to an intelligent control system for an urban rain and sewage diffluent disposal pipe network. The intelligent control system comprises an information collecting and processing device for receiving telecommunication instructions of all units and analyzing and processing all instruction information, a storage device for storing received data and reading historical data by a central processing unit, a management computer for issuing the instructions of the central processing unit and managing an intelligent pipe network system for water disposal, a pipe network monitoring unit for transmitting measured data to the information collecting and processing device, a purification facility monitoring unit for monitoring a purification device in real time, and a water outlet monitoring unit for detecting water level information of a water outlet. According to the intelligent control system, a rainwater and sewage mixed water mass can be discharged by taking a principle of discharging a small-polluted pipeline and storing a large-polluted pipeline, so that river water pollution is minimized; the concentration, pollution components, flow, pressure of the pipe network andthe like of sewage in a sewage pipe network are monitored; and the water quality, flow, pressure of the pipe network and the like of a water inlet pipe of a water source are monitored.
