The invention relates to a dustpan opening device of a constructional column formwork of a secondary structure. The dustpan opening device comprises a dustpan opening inclined baffle plate, a concavesteel plate, a hypotenuse steel bar baffle plate, a triangular baffle plate and opening sealing steel bars, wherein the concave steel plate is connected with baffle plates arranged at the two sides ofa concave groove through welding; the dustpan opening inclined baffle plate is connected with the concave steel plate through a hinge; and the opening sealing steel bars are inserted into the baffleplates at the two sides after concrete pouring is finished. The invention also provides a construction method of the dustpan opening device. According to the method, firstly, a proper amount of concrete is poured on the dustpan opening inclined baffle plate in an open state; next, the dustpan opening inclined baffle plate is closed, the opening sealing steel bars are inserted into notches, and theconcrete is compactly extruded; and finally, when the concrete reaches the strength capable of enabling the concrete surface not to be damaged through formwork dismantling, the formwork is dismounted. The dustpan opening device of the constructional column formwork is used in a recycled mode; the technical problem that the concrete at the upper part of a constructional column is not compact is solved; and the dustpan opening device is safe and reliable and is convenient for application and popularization.
本发明涉及一种二次结构构造柱支模簸箕口装置，包括簸箕口斜挡板、凹型钢板、斜边钢筋挡板、三角形挡板、封口钢筋，所述凹型钢板与凹型槽两侧挡板通过焊接连接，所述簸箕口斜挡板通过所述合页与所述凹型钢板连接，砼浇筑完毕后所述封口钢筋插入两侧挡板内。本发明还提供了一种上述装置的施工方法，首先，所述簸箕口斜挡板在开合状态下浇筑适量混凝土；接下来，将所述簸箕口斜挡板闭合，将所述封口钢筋插入所述豁口内，混凝土挤压密实；最后，在混凝土强度能保证其表面不致因拆模而受损坏时，拆除模板，所述构造柱支模簸箕口装置进行周转使用解决了构造柱上部混凝土不密实的技术问题，安全可靠，便于推广应用。
