The invention relates to a carbon fiber reinforcement structure tensioned through jacking supporting and a construction method thereof. The reinforcement structure comprises carbon fiber strips fixedto the bottom surface of a beam body in an attached mode, tensioning frames arrange on column bodies in a sleeving mode and arranged corresponding to the end parts of the carbon fiber strips and length-adjustable jacking supporting structures; each of the tensioning frames is limited on the corresponding column body by one limiting part, adjusting gaps are reserved between the side parts, corresponding to the carbon fiber strips, of the tensioning frames and the column bodies, the end parts of the carbon fiber strips bypass the corresponding side parts of the tensioning frames and are fixedlyconnected with bodies of the carbon fiber strips, so that the end parts of the carbon fiber strips are connected with the tensioning frames, and assembling gaps opposite to the adjusting gaps are reserved between the tensioning frames and the column bodies; and the length-adjustable jacking supporting structures are horizontally supported in the assembling gaps, the lengths of the jacking supporting structures are increased so that the side parts, connected with the carbon fiber strips, of the tensioning frames can be pulled to move in the directions close to the column bodies, therefore the carbon fiber strips can be tensioned, and then prestress can be applied to the carbon fiber strips.
本发明涉及一种通过顶撑张拉的碳纤维加固结构及其施工方法,其中加固结构包括:贴设固定于梁体底面的碳纤维条套设于柱体并与碳纤维条的端部对应设置的张拉架,张拉架通过一限位件限位于柱体上,张拉架对应碳纤维条的侧部与柱体间留设有调节间隙,且碳纤维条的端部部分绕过张拉架对应的侧部并与碳纤维条的本体固定连接以实现碳纤维条的端部与张拉架的连接;张拉架与柱体间还留设有与调节间隙相对的装配间隙;长度可调节的顶撑结构,水平支撑于装配间隙内,通过增大顶撑结构的长度从而拉动张拉架与碳纤维条相连接的侧部向靠近柱体的方向移动以使得碳纤维条受到张拉,进而对所述碳纤维条施加预应力。
