The invention relates to a side-attached type small rail car conveying system and a fireproof door thereof. The small rail car conveying system comprises a conveying rail, the fireproof door, a rail breaker and a small rail car. The fireproof door is installed at the position of a door and window of a fire fighting access, and comprises a door frame, a door panel, electromagnet fixing frames, fireproof door electromagnets, a tension spring guide frame and a tension spring. The rail breaker is matched with and installed on the conveying rail on one side of the fireproof door and used in cooperation with the fireproof door. The small rail car is installed on the conveying rail. The side-attached type small rail car conveying system is reasonable and compact in structural design, suitable fortransferring hospital supplies, high in adaptability and high in use safety and reliability; and the fireproof door is of a side-sliding mode and convenient to open, can save the external space of the fireproof door, and can have a quite good temporary sealing effect on the rail in some special occasions especially part of rail conveying systems, thereby having a good fireproof effect.
