The invention discloses an automatic circulating water balancing device which comprises a circulating water half-moon pool, a water balancer body, a fixed plate, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a rubber pad, a cushion pad, a support plate, a baffle plate, a screw-thread column, a first self-locking nut, a second self-locking nut, a center hole, a fixed frame, a threaded hole, a concave extrusion plate, a first telescopic pipe, a second telescopic pipe, compression springs, a clamp plate, a sponge pad and a non-slip mat. The water balancer body is arranged on one side of the top part of the inner wall of the circulating water half-moon pool; the support plate is fixed to one side of the top part of the inner wall of the circulating water half-moon pool through a screw; the cushionpad is adhered to the center of the top part of the support plate; and the rubber pad is adhered to the top part of the cushion pad. The automatic circulating water balancing device is simple in structure; and when the water volume of the circulating water half-moon pool reaches to the setting height, the water balancer body is closed or opened automatically, so that the circulating water requiredfor dense medium coal washing is guaranteed, and the favorable process requirements are met.
