The invention relates to a suspension bridge main cable inspection method. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of wedging a suspension bridge main cable, performing section scanning, analyzing the section corrosion condition, grading main cable steel wires with different corrosion degrees, obtaining the mechanical property of a sample through graded sampling, and realizing comprehensive inspection of the section of the main cable through the relative deviation of the mechanical property and a statistical model. According to the method, three strength models (a simplified model,a brittle steel wire model and a finite ductility model) are applied to internal inspection of the main cable of the suspension bridge, and the characteristics and the application range of each strength model are analyzed; the three strength models are adopted to calculate the bearing capacity of the main cable so as to evaluate the safety of the main cable of the bridge, the service life of thesuspension bridge can be ensured, the service life of the bridge is prolonged, and then the use cost of the bridge is reduced.
本发明涉及一种悬索桥主缆检查方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括:在对悬索桥主缆进行楔开后,进行断面扫描,分析断面腐蚀情况,将腐蚀轻重不同的主缆钢丝进行分级,再通过分级取样,获取样品的力学性能,并通过力学性能的相对偏差,利用统计学模型,实现主缆断面的全面检查。本发明将三种强度模型(简化模型、脆性钢丝模型、有限延性模型)应用到悬索桥主缆的内部检查上,分析了各强度模型的特点及使用范围;采用三种强度模型对主缆承载力进行计算,以评估桥梁主缆的安全性,能够确保悬索桥使用寿命,并增加桥梁的使用寿命,进而降低桥梁的使用成本。
