The invention discloses an earthquake disaster prevention and control method. The method comprises the steps of firstly, determining an area required to be deployed and controlled, and then installinglightning rods at the tops of all buildings of more than seven meters in an earthquake zone through a point discharge technology; arranging a tower type earthquake prevention and control device on the high ground around the earthquake zone; and respectively connecting a plurality of cables with stainless steel pipes which are vertically buried underground at low-lying positions around the mountain bottom of the earthquake zone. Only the lower parts of the stainless steel pipes are exposed in deeper underground, and the upper parts of the stainless steel pipes are covered by insulating layers.According to the invention, earthquakes can be effectively avoided within the monitoring range; the safety responsibility is ensured; and the social safety and stability are maintained.
本发明公开一种地震灾害的防控方法,首先要确定好所需布控的区域,然后通过尖端放电技术在地震带所有高达七米以上建筑物的顶部都安装上避雷针;在地震带周围的高地上安装塔式地震防控器,并用多跟电缆线分别于地震带山底四周低洼处垂直深入埋没于地下的不锈钢管相连,所述不锈钢管只保留下部裸露于较深的地下,不锈钢管的上部分表面要有绝缘层,本发明可以有效地在我们布控的范围内避免地震的发生,确保安全责任,维护社会安全稳定。
