The invention relates to a fully-wrapping type heavy-load rubber boot system and a manufacturing method thereof. A wedge-shaped side edge structure decomposes supporting force, a bottom protruding structure provides a damping effect, rubber wrapping sleeves mainly divided into a circular truncated cone structure and a rib structure, an elastic sealing hoop at the top is a self-developed product, the elastic sealing hoop is tightly hooped at the end of the wrapping sleeve in the assembling process, and a sleeve boot can be ideally matched with a sleeper block without using a large amount of adhesive; and the end part of the wrapping sleeve keeps tight for a long time, so that moisture and debris are effectively prevented from entering, and the service life of the product is greatly prolonged. By using composite accelerant, the accelerant NT-80 and the accelerant POLW-B can improve the ratio of polysulfide bonds to monosulfide bonds, and the fatigue resistance and dynamic performance ofa product are improved. The rolling process is adopted to accurately control the rubber sheet thickness, the one-time integral vulcanization process is adopted, the working face thickness of each product is equivalent, the performance is stable, and meanwhile, the product machining and manufacturing difficulty is greatly reduced, the sleeper block use condition is improved, and the service life ofthe whole system is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种全包裹式重载用橡胶套靴系统及其制造方法,楔形的侧边结构分解支撑力,底部突起结构提供减震效果,该橡胶包套主要有圆台型和棱条型两种结构,顶部的弹性密封箍圈为自行研制产品,装配过程紧箍于包套端部,不必使用大量粘合剂就能使套靴与轨枕块理想配合;包套端部长期保持紧箍,有效防止水分、杂物进入,大幅提升产品使用寿命。复合促进剂的使用,促进剂NT‑80和促进剂POLW‑B能够改善多硫键和单硫键的比例,改善产品的抗疲劳性和动态性能。采用压延工艺精确控制胶片厚度,一次性整体硫化工艺,确保每一个产品的工作面厚度相当,性能稳定,同时大幅度的降低产品加工制造难度,改善轨枕块使用工况,提升整个系统使用寿命。
