The invention discloses an offshore wind power operation and maintenance ship embarking device and an embarking method thereof. The device comprises: an anti-collision mechanism, wherein the anti-collision mechanism comprises two embracing piles located in front of a wind power pile, a ship fender is arranged between the embracing piles, and he embracing piles are provided with embracing pile fastening rings which are used for fixing the operation and maintenance ship in a matched mode; a berthing mechanism, wherein the berthing mechanism comprises a pair of drum winches, the drum winches arearranged on ship boards on the two sides of the bow of the operation and maintenance ship, a rope is wound in each drum winch, and the ropes extend out of the drum winches or retract into the drum winches; and a lock catch mechanism comprising a chain and a lock catch part, wherein one end of the chain is connected with the ropes, and the other end is connected with the lock catch part. The embarking device can berth quickly, is simple to use and low in cost, improves the safety and efficiency of a worker climbing a fan , and reduces dangers possibly caused by misoperation. The problem that aconventional small ship cannot berth when waves fluctuate is solved, and the problem that the small ship cannot berth due to the fact that a wave compensation device cannot be used due to cost is alsosolved.
本发明公开了一种海上风电运维船登靠装置及其登靠方法,包括防撞机构,防撞机构包括位于风电桩前的两个抱桩,抱桩之间设有船舶护舷。抱桩上设有抱桩系固环,抱桩系固环用于配合固定运维船。靠泊机构,靠泊机构包括一对卷筒绞车,卷筒绞车设置在运维船船首两侧船舷处,每个卷筒绞车内卷绕有绳索,绳索从每个卷筒绞车中伸出或缩回至每个卷筒绞车。锁扣机构,包括链条和锁扣部件,链条一端连接绳索,另一端连接锁扣部件。本发明的登靠装置可快速靠泊,使用简单且成本低,提高工作人员登爬风机的安全性和效率,降低操作失误而可能导致的危险。解决了常规小型船在波浪起伏时无法靠泊的问题,也避免了因成本原因无法使用波浪补偿装置的小型船靠泊问题。
