Scrubbing-resistant diatom ooze and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of diatom ooze preparation, and particularly relates to scrubbing-resistant diatom ooze and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprisesthe following steps: (1) adding hydroxyl calcium phosphate into a phosphoric acid aqueous solution, stirring and dispersing the mixture, adding a hydrophobic silane coupling agent, and adjusting the pH value to obtain hydrophobic silane coupling agent modified hydroxyl calcium phosphate; (2) adding diatomite into water, dispersing the mixture, and then adding a surfactant and a hydrophobic silanecoupling agent to modify hydroxyl calcium phosphate, so as to obtain modified diatomite; and (3) uniformly mixing the modified diatomite with attapulgite, titanium dioxide, an organic cementing material, wollastonite powder, a suspension dispersion aid and water to obtain the scrubbing-resistant diatom ooze. According to the scrubbing-resistant diatom ooze disclosed by the invention, the surfactant is firstly used for coating the diatomite, so that micropores of the diatom ooze are not blocked by hydroxyl calcium phosphate, the specific adsorption performance of the diatomite is ensured, and meanwhile, a film formed by insoluble hydroxyl calcium phosphate on the surface of the diatomite in water has certain strength, so that the prepared diatom ooze has scrubbing resistance.
本发明属于硅藻泥制备的技术领域，具体涉及一种耐擦洗的硅藻泥及其制备方法。包括：（1）、将羟基磷酸钙加入到磷酸水溶液中，搅拌分散后加入疏水性硅烷偶联剂，调节pH，得到疏水性硅烷偶联剂改性羟基磷酸钙；（2）、将硅藻土加入到水中分散后加入表面活性剂、疏水性硅烷偶联剂改性羟基磷酸钙，得到改性硅藻土；（3）、将改性硅藻土，与凹凸棒土、钛白粉、有机胶凝材料、硅灰石粉、悬浮分散助剂和水混合均匀，即得一种耐擦洗的硅藻泥。本发明耐擦洗的硅藻泥，先使用表面活性剂包覆硅藻土使其微孔不会被羟基磷酸钙堵塞，保证了硅藻土特有的吸附性能，同时硅藻土表面的羟基磷酸钙不溶于水形成的薄膜具有一定强度，使得制备得到的硅藻泥具有耐擦洗性能。
