The invention relates to high-strength antirust concrete and a preparation process thereof, which relate to the technical field of concrete preparation, the high-strength antirust concrete is preparedfrom the following raw materials by weight: 180-200 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 1000-1400 parts of coarse aggregate; 600 to 700 parts of fine aggregate; 120 to 140 parts of fly ash; 40 to 60 parts of mineral powder; 30 to 50 parts of silicon powder; 10-30 parts of an antirust agent; and 8-12 parts of other additives and 180-200 parts of water. The antirust agent is added to prevent the reinforcing steel bar from being corroded, the degradation and failure of the concrete structure performance can be alleviated, and the strength of the concrete is enhanced.
