The invention discloses an anti-cracking floor tile, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of black corundum sand, 25-30 parts of coal residue, 13-16 partsof clay, 29-32 parts of 225 cement, 16-18 parts of silica sand, 11-13 parts of wollastonite, 13-15 parts of coconut shell charcoal and 8-9 parts of an inorganic pigment. The preparation method comprises the following specific preparation steps: (1) mechanically crushing black corundum sand, coal residue, wollastonite and coconut shell charcoal into powder, uniformly stirring the powder accordingto the formula ratio, adding water with a volume ratio of 15-20%, preparing raw material balls with a particle size of 2-4 mm by using a ball forming mill, drying at 250-300 DEG C for 3-5 hours, and roasting the dried raw material balls at a high temperature of 1150-1250 DEG C for 6-8 minutes to obtain primary ceramsite; (2) carrying out compression molding on the dried primary ceramsite; and (3)sintering the pressed and molded ceramic green body at 1150-1200 DEG C for 60-80 minutes to obtain the floor tile ceramic. The invention provides the anti-cracking floor tile, which is high in surfacelayer height, not easy to wear and capable of bearing heavy pressure.
