Green cyclic comprehensive utilization method of red mud and lignin waste
The invention relates to the technical field of waste resource utilization, in particular to a green cyclic comprehensive utilization method of red mud and lignin waste. The method comprises the following steps: 1) extracting and separating lignin from forestry and agricultural residues and waste residues which are rich in lignin matrixes and are generated in the papermaking industry or the biorefinery industry to obtain high-purity lignin; 2) performing harmless modification treatment on the red mud through adoption of an acid dissolution-alkali reprecipitation coupling roasting method; 3) preparing hydrocarbon-rich bio-oil, synthesis gas and biochar by synergistically catalyzing and pyrolyzing lignin by the modified red mud and a molecular sieve catalyst; and 4) further applying the reacted modified red mud to the fields of adsorbing materials and building materials. Through a co-treatment mode of treating waste with waste, resource utilization of lignin waste can be realized, harmless treatment and resource utilization of red mud waste are realized, green cycle development of an alumina enterprise is further promoted, and the method has good economic and ecological benefit prospects.
本发明涉及废弃物资源化利用技术领域,具体涉及一种赤泥与木质素废弃物绿色循环综合利用的方法。本发明包括以下步骤:1)将农林废弃物、造纸工业或生物炼制工业产生的富含木质素基质的废渣进行木质素提取分离,获得高纯的木质素;2)通过酸溶‑碱再沉淀耦合焙烧法对赤泥进行无害化改性处理;3)改性赤泥与分子筛催化剂协同催化热解木质素制取富烃生物油、合成气和生物炭;4)反应后的改性赤泥进一步应用于吸附材料领域和建筑材料领域。本发明通过“以废治废”的共处理方式,既能实现木质素废弃物的资源化利用,同时实现赤泥废弃物的无害化处理和资源化利用,进一步促进氧化铝企业的绿色循环发展,具有良好的经济和生态效益前景。
