The invention provides a composite plastic runway and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of plastic runways. The composite plastic runway comprises an earth-based layer,a gravel layer is arranged above the earth-based layer, a concrete layer is arranged above the gravel layer, a geotextile buffer layer is arranged between the rubble layer and the concrete layer, anelastic reinforcing layer is arranged above the concrete layer, a sealing layer is arranged on the upper surface of the elastic reinforcing layer, and a protective surface layer is arranged on the upper surface of the sealing layer. The elastic reinforcing layer is formed by a mixture of a polyurethane prepolymer, TPEE particles, EPDM particles, filler, color masterbatch, a dispersing agent, a color fixing agent, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a flame retardant. Therefore, various performances of the plastic runway are improved, the quality of the plastic runway is improved, the service life of the plastic runway is prolonged, and the use cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种复合型塑胶跑道及其施工方法，涉及塑胶跑道技术领域。该复合型塑胶跑道，包括土基层，所述土基层的上方设置有碎石层，所述碎石层的上方设置有混凝土层，所述碎石层与混凝土层的中间设置有土工布缓冲层，所述混凝土层的上方设置有弹性加强层，所述弹性加强层的上表面设置有封闭层，所述封闭层的上表面设置有防护面层。通过使用聚氨酯预聚体、TPEE颗粒、EPDM颗粒、填料、色母料、分散剂、固色剂、抗氧剂、光稳定剂与阻燃剂混合之后的混料形成弹性加强层，从而提高了塑胶跑道的各方面性能，使得塑胶跑道的质量提高了，延长了塑胶跑道的使用寿命，降低了使用成本。
