The invention discloses a baffle adjusting device for a front sweeping disc, and a road sweeper. The baffle adjusting device for the front sweeping disc comprises a sliding block, a swing arm used forinstalling the front sweeping disc, a swing driving device arranged on the sliding block and driving the swing arm to swing, a flexible shaft, a shaft sleeve arranged on the flexible shaft in a sleeving mode, a first guide disc fixed to the swing arm, a second guide disc rotationally arranged on the swing arm, and a baffle; the first guide disc is provided with a first guide groove; the second guide disc is provided with a second guide groove for accommodating one end of the flexible shaft and a third guide groove for accommodating the other end of the flexible shaft; the two ends of the flexible shaft are fixed to the sliding block; the shaft sleeve comprises two first shaft sleeves located at the two ends of the flexible shaft respectively and two second shaft sleeves located between the two first shaft sleeves, the first shaft sleeves are fixed to the second guide disc, and the second shaft sleeves are fixed to the swing arm; and the transmission shaft section of the flexible shaftis arranged in the first guide groove in a sliding mode and fixedly connected with the baffle. The baffle adjusting device realizes automatic movement of the baffle and improves the cleaning effect.
