The invention relates to the technical field of an environment-friendly water channel, in particular to a water controlling type biological environment-friendly water channel. The water controlling type biological environment-friendly water channel comprises a water channel body; the water channel body is provided with a plurality of reservoirs along a water flow direction; the adjacent reservoirscommunicate with each other through a pre-embedded water conveying pipe; and one end, facing towards the upstream, of each section of water conveying pipe is fixedly connected with a one-way conducting component for controlling the water conveying pipe to convey water to the reservoirs unidirectionally. The whole water channel is divided into a plurality of reservoirs which communicate with eachother, the reservoirs in the water channel are full of water through one water source, and the water conveying pipe is a one-way water inlet pipe, so that backflow of water in the downstream reservoirto the upstream reservoir is avoided, mutual exchange of the water source in each reservoir is reduced, and the possibility of pollution to the whole water channel is effectively reduced.
