The invention discloses a collection device for river channel water surface garbage. The collection device comprises an included angle collection buoy and a floating platform, wherein the included angle collection buoy comprises two ropes and a plurality of buoys strung on the two ropes; one end of each rope is connected with the floating platform; the other end of each rope is fixedly connected with a river bank fixing pile; the floating platform is provided with a driving impeller and a transmission gear, wherein the driving impeller and the transmission gear are connected; the transmissiongear is connected with a conveying belt which is aslant arranged; and a detachable floating material collection box is arranged below the tail end of the conveying belt. Through the included angle collection buoy, the collection device disclosed by the invention is adaptive to centralized processing for a vast water area, and improves the efficiency of the centralized processing. Water flow in a river channel is used as driving force, automatic collection is realized, energy consumption is not required, and maintenance costs are minimized.
