Inverse construction method of concrete cushion layer in foundation pit
The invention relates to an inverse construction method of a concrete cushion layer in a foundation pit. A concrete cushion layer construction area comprises an edge blocking area, plane areas and inclined plane areas. After foundation pit excavation is finished, while manual groove cleaning is conducted, the edge blocking area and the inclined plane areas are expanded into the adjacent plane areas correspondingly, and corresponding boundary lines are positioned; edge blocking forms are erected at the boundary lines, and inclined plane positioning devices are erected on the slopes of the inclined plane areas; and an edge blocking cushion layer and inclined plane cushion layers are constructed by taking the corresponding edge blocking forms and the inclined plane positioning devices as benchmarks. After manual groove cleaning is finished, groove inspection is carried out, and after groove inspection is finished, plane cushion layer construction is carried out on the plane areas with theedge blocking cushion layer or the inclined plane cushion layers as the benchmark. According to the construction method, construction of the inclined plane cushion layers is inserted in advance on the premise that the concrete cushion layer construction is not affected, the whole construction time of a concrete cushion layer is shortened, the construction cost and the probability of inclined plane water seepage and collapse are reduced, and construction conditions are provided for subsequent waterproof construction and other procedures as soon as possible.
本发明涉及一种基坑内逆作混凝土垫层的施工方法,混凝土垫层施工区域包括封边区域、平面区域和斜面区域。基坑开挖结束后进行人工清槽的同时:将封边区域和斜面区域分别向相邻平面区域内扩展并定位相应边界线;于边界线处支设封边模板,并于斜面区域的斜坡上支设斜面定位装置;以相应封边模板和斜面定位装置为基准施工封边垫层和斜面垫层。待人工清槽结束后进行验槽,验槽结束后,以封边垫层或斜面垫层为基准对平面区域进行平面垫层施工。本发明通过在不影响混凝土垫层施工的前提下将对斜面垫层的施工提前穿插进行,缩短整个混凝土垫层施工的时间,降低了施工成本和斜面渗水、垮塌的几率,及早的为后续防水施工等工序提供了施工条件。
