The invention discloses a fixing method of the rubber water stop for the expansion joint of a pipe gallery project. The fixing method comprises the following steps that (1) during the bedding processof pouring concrete, anchor steel bars are pre-buried on both sides of the expansion joint and exposed for a certain length; (2) a bottom plate steel bar on one side is bound firstly, and upper and lower layer steel bar meshing sheets and sealing head steel bar at the expansion joint are bound; (3) after binding of one side is completed, the steel bar meshing sheet on the lower side of the rubberwater stop is started to be mounted and welded, then the rubber water stop is placed, and mounting and welding are conducted on the upper meshing sheet; and (4) after binding of the bottom plate steelbar on the other side is completed, the steel bar meshing sheet is continue to be arranged correspondingly, and a joint plate is mounted, so that the overall mounting is completed. By means of the fixing method, the rubber water stop is mounted by adopting the fixing method, the water stop is not prone to deforming, the use is convenient, fast and flexible, the safety is achieved, the construction is facilitated, and the working efficiency is high; and the advantages of having convenient and simple mounting and low construction cost and improving the operation safety of a construction workerare achieved, and meanwhile, the construction progress is also accelerated.
本发明公开了一种管廊工程伸缩缝橡胶止水带固定方法，包括以下步骤：(1)在浇筑混凝土垫层过程中，伸缩缝位置的两侧预埋地锚钢筋，外露一定长度；(2)先开始绑扎一侧底板钢筋，上下层钢筋网片及伸缩缝处的封头钢筋进行绑扎；(3)一侧绑扎完毕后，开始安装并焊接橡胶止水带下侧钢筋网片，后放置橡胶止水带，再对上部网片进行安装并焊接；(4)另一侧底板钢筋绑扎完毕后，对应继续布置钢筋网片并且安装填缝板，即完成整体安装。采用本发明的方法安装橡胶止水带，止水带不容易变形，使用便捷、灵活，安全，方便施工，工作效率高。具有安装方便、简单、施工费用低、提高的施工人员的作业安全的优点，同时也加快了施工进度。
