The invention discloses a ratchet wheel film structure shack which is mainly composed of ratchet wheels 1, membrane cloth 2, pawls 3, membrane shafts 4, tension handle insertion holes 5, membrane shaft heads 6, nail welding holes 7, membrane cloth connecting shaft parts 8, locking holes 9 and block structure bodies 10. Arc pillar components and beam purlins are adopted for being combined to form the block structure bodies 10, the block structure bodies 10 are connected through structure parts or/and the membrane shaft heads 6 arranged on the block structure bodies 10, and a combination model of the structure is formed. The ratchet wheels 1 are installed and connected to the end portions of the film shafts (4) which are of ratchet wheel film structures and are adopted for the block structure bodies 10, the return stop pawls 3 are installed on the block structure bodies 10 at the upper portions of the membrane shaft heads 6 through pin shafts, and therefore after the block structure bodies and the ratchet wheel film structure bodies are combined and maintained, internal dividing can be conducted, and the ratchet wheel film structure shack can be formed. Thus, the block structures composed of the arc pillar components and the beam purlins can be combined with the ratchet wheel film structures to form a new building structure according to requirements to be applied to the shack, and the building structure is particularly suitable for being applied to steel structure buildings and steel-concrete composite structure buildings.
本发明的棘轮膜结构棚房主要由棘轮1、膜布2、棘爪3、膜轴4、张紧手柄插孔5、膜轴头6、钉焊孔7、膜布连轴件8、锁定孔9、块结构体10组成，是采用弧状柱构件加梁檩组合成块结构体10与块结构体10通过结构件或/和其上布置的膜轴头6用膜轴4相互连接，形成结构的组合造型；块结构体10采用的棘轮膜结构的膜轴4端部安装连接有棘轮1，止退的棘爪3用销轴安装在膜轴头6上部的块结构体10上，这样使块结构体和棘轮膜结构体组合后加维护和可以内部分割就形成了本发明的棘轮膜结构棚房；因此，本发明能够采用弧状柱构件加梁檩组合成的块结构与棘轮膜结构按照要求组合形成新的建筑结构应用在棚房上，特别适用于在钢结构建筑物、钢混结构建筑物上应用。
