The assembly type clamping keel comprises a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a third connecting plate, wherein the third connecting plate comprises a clamping groove plate and a clamping convex plate, the clamping groove plate is arranged towards the inner side of the third connecting plate, the clamping convex plate is arranged towards the outer side of the third connecting plate, the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are arranged on the two sides of the third connecting plate correspondingly, the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are symmetrically arranged, and the first connecting plate, the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate are connected in pairs to form a right square bracket-shaped structure, and the clamping groove plate matches with the clamping convex plate in shape and size. The invention further provides the clamping structure of the assembly type clamping keel. Compared with the prior art, the assembly type clamping keel and the clamping structure thereof have the advantages that two keels can be clamped only by producing the keel of one specification, and the installation is convenient and connecting force is good.
