The invention provides a facility for preventing injury caused by a high-rise falling object. The facility for preventing injury caused by the high-rise falling object is arranged around the top of apodium building of a high-rise building. A water channel is defined by inner and outer water blocking plates in a key area with high-rise falling object hazards; people are prevented from entering thekey area; and meanwhile, water in the water channel can flexibly neutralize most impact force of the high-rise falling object to reduce the harm to the protection facility and the top of the podium building, and can prevent the harm to people caused by rebounding of the high-rise falling object to provide the substantial protection for personal and public safety. The facility for preventing injury caused by the high-rise falling object is characterized in that the inner water blocking plates of the facility are arranged around the high-rise building at the top of the podium building; the outer water blocking plates are arranged around the outer edges of the top of the podium building; the water channel is defined in the key area with the high-rise falling object hazards; the water channelis filled with water; the water channel is connected with a water treatment device comprising a rainwater collecting box to form a water circulation, water filtering or treatment and water supplementing system; and a dirt scraper is put in the water channel and moves along with the flowing of the water.
