The invention discloses a method and device for producing a low calorific value vacuum heat preservation board. A device for producing the low calorific value vacuum heat preservation board comprisesa conveyor for longitudinal conveying the board, a mortar distributor is arranged on the front part of the conveyor, and a mortar flattening machine is arranged at the rear part of the conveyor. The invention further discloses the method for producing the low calorific value vacuum heat preservation board. The method comprises the following steps that (1) making of the vacuum heat preservation board is conducted; (2) full mixing of cement, water and skeleton fiber is conducted to form fiber mortar; (3) the mortar distributor is used to put the mixed fiber mortar on the vacuum heat preservationboard; (4) the mortar flattener is used to flatten the fiber mortar put on the vacuum heat preservation board; and (5) the vacuum heat preservation board is put in a cool place for drying to form thelow calorific value vacuum heat preservation board. According to the method and device for producing the low calorific value vacuum heat preservation board, a mortar protective layer can be formed onthe outer surface of the vacuum heat preservation board, so that the vacuum heat preservation board reaches the class-A fire protection performance in the national standard, and the device for producing the low calorific value vacuum heat preservation board has the advantages that the structure is simple, the automation degree is high, and the production efficiency is improved.
