The method includes the following steps that S1, cylinder wall plates used for manufacturing an adsorption tower cylinderare prepared, and all the cylinder wall plates are rolled; S2, an adsorption tower bottom plate and the cylinder wall plates used for being combined to form the adsorption tower cylinder below a holeopening are installed; S3, the cylinder wall plates on the two sides of the hole opening are installed till the height of the cylinder wall plates exceeds the height of a hole; S4, a vertical temporary support and circular temporary supports are installed; and S5, the wall plates on the upper side of the hole opening are installed so that the cylinder wall plates can be combined to define a adsorption tower cylinder whole with the adsorption tower hole reserved, the rest of construction is the same with general fragment construction, and after the cylinder is installed completely, the cylinder is lifted to a flue at an inlet of an adsorption tower. By means of the adsorption tower hole reserving installation method, the cost of the material of the hole part of the flue at the inlet, the cylinder wall plate rolling cost, the installation cost, the welding cost, the cutting cost and the like can be reduced, the production cost is greatly reduced, and fragment forward installation is adopted.
本发明提供一种吸收塔孔洞预留安装方法,包括下列步骤:S1:准备用于制作吸收塔筒体的筒体壁板,卷制所有筒体壁板;S2:安装吸收塔底板及孔洞洞口以下用于组合形成吸收塔筒体的筒体壁板;S3:安装孔洞洞口两侧的筒体壁板,且直至筒体壁板的高度超过洞口高度,S4:安装竖向临时支撑和环向临时支撑;S5:安装孔洞洞口上侧壁板,使得筒体壁板组合围成预留有吸收塔孔洞的吸收塔筒体整体,剩余施工与通常分片施工相同,待筒体全部安装完成后,吊装吸收塔入口烟道,本发明可减少入口烟道孔洞部分的材料费用、筒体壁板卷制费用、安装费用、焊接费用和割除费用等,使得大大降低生产成本,且采用分片正装。
